New Words and Guess Who is Climbing!?!

Ayson had a busy last week!

On Monday Ayson figured out how to open the latch on Daddy's old computer. He loves to open and close the lid!



On Tuesday he started saying Mama, Wednesday was Dada, and by Friday he was saying baby (while pointing to pictures of babies). There is a new baby at day care (Grandma Linda's) so that must be where he picked the word up from...granted, Mommy still calls Ayson "My pretty baby boy"...

Last weekend, my Mom asked me if Ayson had started climbing yet and I said no, thankfully. Well, this past Saturday he started to climb and while Skyping with my parents on Saturday, Ayson climbed up in his rocking chair and then proceeded to stand on it...eek!


On Saturday Ayson received a belated birthday (March 8th:) gift from Mommy and Daddy. Saturday was a very warm day and Ayson had a blast playing in the water.

After dinner on Saturday, we all went to Sweeties for ice cream :)



Ayson now regularly climbs up onto the couch. He already knows that he is allowed to sit on the couch and that he is NOT allowed to kneel or stand on the couch. How do we know?!? Because every time we catch him getting ready to stand on the couch, he immediately sits down...the little stinker!

Well, we tried our best but Ayson would not stand still next to a wall (any wall) but the pictures are great anyway:)

Rain Rain go AWAY!

It was a rainy weekend but we had lots of fun indoors. Mommy and Daddy were able to catch up on house chores and spend lots of time with Ayson. No picutres to prove it, but Mommy and Ayson LOVE to play hide and seek with Daddy and with Mason (the orange cat...and no, Mason is NOT fat!)

A Week of Photos Without Mommy

Mommy was away for work this week (sampling bullhead and largemouth bass in the Genesee River:) so it was just the boys!

14 Month Photo...Take 1

Man, Ayson would not stand still for his monthly photo! We will try again for another photo over the weekend:) Hard to believe that he is now 14 months old!!!

On Thursday, Ayson had to get his blood drawn so we decided to get his hair cut that day as well. Afterwards, we stopped for ice cream...yum!

A visit with Grandma Collene and Grandpa Ric, oh yes, and their puppy, Ruby:) Grandma and Grandpa babysat Ayson so that Mommy and Daddy could go out on a date. AND Grandma and Granpa gave Mommy a gorgeous amber necklace for Mother's Day. THANK YOU Grandma and Grandpa!!

The Weekends go by WAY too fast!

We had a great weekend that started off with Ayson sleeping in until 6:45 on Saturday morning...woohoo! Usually, Asyon is awake by 6:30. Hey, Mommy and Daddy will take whatever they can get!
We just spent the weekend at home but the weekend still went by super fast.
