Spring Break!!

Spring break for the kiddos and Daddy all last week!!  Mommy had to work :(  A^3 had a great week and had lots of fun outings!

On Monday, after puttering around the yard in the morning, Daddy to the kiddos to the big park.  The kids had plenty of friends to play with!!!

On Wednesday, Daddy and the kiddos had lunch with Great Grandma Barb for her 88th birthday.  Also visiting: Grandma Collene, Uncle Kurt,  Aunt Betty (Great Grandma Barb' sister) and Kathy (Aunt Betty's daughter)


Thursday started with breakfast at Ruston's




Then on to the Ropes Course at Destiny USA (the "big" mall)
Ayson had a ton of fun!

On Saturday, Mommy and Daddy attended the wedding of Aunt Fran's son, Justin and Lizzie.

Meanwhile, Ms Annie and Mr Bob watched the kiddos for us!  Thank you so much!
As a thank you, Daddy made them Utica Greens and home made meatballs and sauce!

Hello Sun!

A^4 had a week full of playtime and we had fantastic sunshine over the weekend.  YAY!  We hope all of our family and friends are finally enjoying spring!

Operation!! Both Mommy and Daddy loved playing this game when they were little :)


Wednesday was the 2nd Grade "Wax Museum" and Ayson was Nikola Tesla!  Tesla is well-known for his work with alternating current and motors. (Ayson is still fascinated with electricity) What Mommy did not know/remember was that Tesla and George Westinghouse developed the first hydroelectric power plant using Niagara Falls.

Ayson's Principal, Mrs Blossey.  Ayson wrote Mrs Blossey a persuasive letter.  Mrs Blossey made sure that both Mommy and Daddy read the letter - See below and get ready to laugh.


Has Daddy ever asked YOU to smell or try fish sauce?  Look it up - fermented fish (aak) used in Thai/Vietnamese cuisine :)

On Friday evening, we went for a walk in search of hearing Spring Peepers - no luck during our walk BUT we did hear Peepers last week in the orchard!

On Saturday, we went for a walk to the "Tippy Top" of Labrador Unique Area to the hang gliding spot.

On Sunday, Ayson attended a classmate's birthday party at the Onondaga Nation Pavilion.  Daddy said Ayson did lots of running around and laughing.  Ayson was wiped out Sunday evening :)
