Hello Sun!

A^4 had a week full of playtime and we had fantastic sunshine over the weekend.  YAY!  We hope all of our family and friends are finally enjoying spring!

Mason and Addie playing with Calico Critters!

Operation!! Both Mommy and Daddy loved playing this game when they were little :)

Wednesday was the 2nd Grade "Wax Museum" and Ayson was Nikola Tesla!  Tesla is well-known for his work with alternating current and motors. (Ayson is still fascinated with electricity) What Mommy did not know/remember was that Tesla and George Westinghouse developed the first hydroelectric power plant using Niagara Falls.
Ayson - Nikola Tesla- Ryan

Ayson reading the information he researched on Tesla (he was born during a lightening storm)

Ayson's Principal, Mrs Blossey.  Ayson wrote Mrs Blossey a persuasive letter.  Mrs Blossey made sure that both Mommy and Daddy read the letter - See below and get ready to laugh.

Has Daddy ever asked YOU to smell or try fish sauce?  Look it up - fermented fish (aak) used in Thai/Vietnamese cuisine :)

After the Wax Museum, we had plenty of time to play!!!
Snap Circuit fun!

Addie getting ready to release a fan while Daddy and Ayson work on building a radio

Good job, Addie!

Tuning in a radio station - so cool!!!

Then we moved on to hot wheels and jumps!

On Friday evening, we went for a walk in search of hearing Spring Peepers - no luck during our walk BUT we did hear Peepers last week in the orchard!

Mmmm - banana splits!!!!

On Saturday, we went for a walk to the "Tippy Top" of Labrador Unique Area to the hang gliding spot.

Addie catching a ride.  Go Daddy, GO!

Mommy raced Ayson to the top:)  Hi Snow!

If only we were birds and could fly!

Looking towards our house

Daddy pointing to the cars down by the board walk

3 out of 4 smiles - Addie has become very shy around strangers and would not even look at the nice couple that offered to take our picture.

FIRST S'mores of the 2018 season :)

SO good!!

Addie wanted a picture with her velvet coloring that she created:)

On Sunday, Ayson attended a classmate's birthday party at the Onondaga Nation Pavilion.  Daddy said Ayson did lots of running around and laughing.  Ayson was wiped out Sunday evening :)

Check out the size of Addie's strawberry!!
