Happy Birthday, Ayson!

This kiddos had a great birthday week while Daddy recovered from yet another cold...poor Daddy! We are thankful for all of our friends and family helping us celebrate Ayson and Addie's birthdays!

Since Daddy was sick (so sick that he pretty much stayed in bed) Addie made Daddy a card while she was at school:)
"Adam
I hope Daddy Feels better
Love Addie
I Love you Adam
Addie"

Ayson smiling with his birthday card and gift of $ from Grandma Pat and Grandpa Roger!  Ayson and Addie almost have enough money saved to buy a Nintendo Wii!!!  (that is what they decided to spend their $ on :)

Happy Birthday, Big Guy!  SEVEN years old!

Same as last year, we gave Addie the option of opening her gifts along with Ayson or WAITING for her birthday the next week...she decided to open them NOW :)
The kiddos with their musical happy birthday signing cat cards.

The story Tangled.

Ayson and his two loose front teeth.  He wiggles the teeth but won't pull them out.  Both front teeth are getting pushed out by the adult teeth and the baby teeth are at a crazy angle :)

Silly Boy!

The kiddos opening the cards and gift of $ from Kathy and Charlie! Thank you, Kathy and Charlie! We made sure to save all of the great stickers!

Yay!  One tooth is out and one to go!  While Ayson was eating breakfast Saturday morning, his right front tooth turned sideways...gross!  So Daddy helped him pull it out.  Ayson did not even feel Daddy pull the tooth out!

On Saturday afternoon, we had a "friend" birthday party at the MOST for Ayson and Addie.  The kids had fun playing in the playhouse, the caves, the climbing wall, and playing with the huge foam blocks.

A sand pendulum!

Happy Birthday Ayson and Addie!  Both of you are such sweet kids and have kind hearts!  Mommy and Daddy love you so much!

A MOST Birthday Presenter helped the kids make a constellation of their choice on a cup and then we turned out the lights (spooky) and shined our constellations on the walls, ceiling, table, and each other! Very neat!

Check out the amazing foam block structure that other kids at the MOST made!  A few from our party joined in and helped build and play! Mommy could not get Addie to stand next to the fort but Mikhan saved the day :)  Thanks Mikhan !!

Then they knocked it all down!

Ayson checking out a game while his buddies race up the walkway!

Everyone had a great time and we ALL went to bed early Saturday night!

Birthdays with the Family

Daddy and Addie recovered from their colds (from last weekend) but then Mommy and Ayson got sick this week.  To round out the week, Addie ended up with a double ear infection :(  BUT we ended the week on a high note by going to Grandma Collene's for the weekend so that Daddy could help split wood and so we could celebrate the kiddo's birthday's.  A^4 has nothing to complain about and for THAT, we are thankful!

Monday
Ayson must have a hollow leg with all of the food he is eating!  He he is certainly outgrowing his jackets and pants :)

While Addie is subsisting on "crackers and air"...she ate half of this dinner Monday and finally finished it on Tuesday night!

Playing Super Why Monday night.  Ayson can now read the cards to us!

Tuesday
LOOK at all of the food!!!  Ayson even made the grilled cheese sandwiches :) Ayson did admit that his eyes were bigger than his stomach as he was not able to finish both grilled cheese sandwiches Tuesday night :)

A little singing and picking :)

A whiteout from Daddy's office window Thursday!

Mommy and Ayson stayed home on Thursday.
Thursday night the kiddos made cards for Mr Linda (childcare provider) and you can tell from the picture that Ayson is not his "peppy" self :(

Addie with her card to Ms Linda.

Daddy attended Open House Thursday evening and was able to see more of the great work that Addie and Ayson have been completing.  Both teachers had many positive words for the kiddos.

This one might take a bit more deciphering:
"If I had 100 eyes, I would scare every girl  They would scream so loud."

Great picture of Mason, Addie!!

We went to visit Grandma Collene for the weekend.  The kids decided to open their Birthday gifts Friday night :)
Happy Birthday!

Lego time!

Painting one of the cars...

Hot Tubbn' it after a long COLD day of wood splitting (for Daddy:)

Auntie Fran had dinner with us Saturday night and the kiddos received their Christmas gifts from Auntie!  Thank you so much, Fran!!!

Then on Sunday, we celebrated the kiddos birthdays with Grandpa Chuck, Pama, Auntie Julie, Uncle Dan, and the cousins, Kaela and Curran.

Ayson LOVES money and as of this post, he now has $72 saved up!  (he wants a video game player...we will probably help him get a Wii)

Auntie Julie "Vanna Whiting" the ponies that Addie received from the Caulfield clan :)

Happy (early) Birthday kiddos!
