Hi Mason and Ayson!!!

Pretty sunrise Thursday morning

Daddy was gone all week (don't feel too bad for him, he was in Pensacola FL) and his flight was canceled twice due to the Nor'easter.
The family had a date with Ms Annie and Mr Bob on Saturday. Mommy was to bring wine and Daddy was to make Utica greens - Mommy and the kiddos were going with or without Daddy :). Mommy debated going to the store to get the ingredients and realized that we also needed items for school that could put us really close to the restaurant, Basil Leaf, that introduced Daddy to Utica greens. So we planned our school shopping around the lunch time hours of Basil Leaf :) :)

The kiddos frosting cookies with Ms Annie

Lots of fun sprinkles too!

Then it was time to decorate the Christmas tree!

Mr Bob putting up his ornaments

After a yummy dinner, Ms Annie gave the kiddos gifts!!! A pretty glass ornament for Addie

Ayson received a set of three elves that are JUST like the ones that Ms Annie has in her house :) Thank you, Annie and Bob!!!!

Meanwhile, since Daddy's flight was not leaving until Sunday afternoon, he spent the weekend with Grandma Pat, Grandpa Roger, Aunt Shirley, and Uncle Al!!! Thanks, Mom and Dad!!!!

Breakfast of champions

So Pretty!

Last Tuesday afternoon, Mommy gave a presentation to the 3rd grade Lego Cub on clean water, the Great Lakes, Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) systems, and microplastics...OH MY!
The kids LOVED Mommy's homemade CSO pipe complete with "floaties" to show what happens during storm events. Where do you think stuff goes during heavy rain events?!?
