December Activities and Holiday Parties

A fun week of activities with the kids and plenty of parties!  We hope that all of our family and friends are healthy and enjoying time with others!!!

Dancing for two songs as part of Determined in December, a school program with an incentive to exercise at least 5 days a week in December - a drawing on the 20th with a fun PRIZE!  The kids get an extra ticket in the drawing IF the parents participate :)

Thursday night Scouts Holiday dinner and awards banquet - there are three kids in Ayson's scouting grade and they each received pins AND an awesome water cooler

On Saturday, we headed to Auntie Julie and Uncle Dan's to celebrate Julie, Kaela, and Curran's late November and December birthdays AND we celebrated Christmas with the family too!

Hello, Snow!

The kids and Amy had an unexpected day off on Monday due to the snow!  Amy caught up on chores and then we made sure to play outside.  Amy visited with Ms Annie and Mr Bob on Monday as Amy is in need of Mr Bob's assistance in fixing an electronic toy:)  We got to see Auntie Jen, Uncle Jay, Cousins, Grandma Collene, and Auntie Sally Friday night as Cousin Ryleigh watched the kiddos so that Amy and Adam could have a date night with friends at a Holiday Concert :)  We hope everyone is finding time to relax and enjoy with family and friends!

On Friday, we headed to Auntie Jen and Uncle Jay's house as Adam and Amy had a date night and Ryleigh watched the kids for us!  Thank you, Jen and Ryleigh!

Thanksgiving and Happy Birthday, Adam!!

A fun week with family for Thanksgiving, friends during the weekend, and Adam's birthday on Sunday.  Happy Birthday, Adam, we love you tons and tons and TONS!  We hope all of our friends and family had an enjoyable holiday!


Addie won FIRST Place for the "Balloon Design Challenge" for the three 2nd Grade classes :)  Great Job, Addie!!!

On Saturday, Addie had a friend over for the afternoon.  They played hide and seek, with toys, and of course they played Minecraft together :)


Addie also learned how to make herself a "dunky" egg on Saturday night (her dinner of choice)

Sunday was Adam's birthday!  Happy Birthday, Adam!!!!


After Ayson came home Sunday morning, we picked out our tree!!

After the tree was decorated, the kids wanted to get the train out and set up the Holiday Village :)  A great way to spend the afternoon while freezing rain was coming down outside!
