Happy Mother's Day!

We hope that all of our friends and family that are mothers of two and four legged children had a wonderful Mother's Day!  We had a busy week with an All School Art show on Thursday, Parade of Baskets on Friday (we did NOT win anything and Addie was disappointed), and Sunday lunch with Grandmas Collene and Babs, Aunties Julie and Fran, and Mike's family.  

During our garden walk, Addie wanted a picture with a chipmunk (left edge of the photo and sitting on a rock).

Hello May!

We hope everyone is doing well!  We have been spending our evenings and free time outside.

The cedar "bush" had its last days this week.  We wanted to cut it down before more birds nested in it this spring summer.

Spring Break

Spring Break - the kids enjoyed not having to get up early!  Addie went to the Wild Animal Park with friends on Thursday (Addie had German chocolate ice cream afterwards - yum!) and Amy took the kids to the beach on Friday (on Lake Ontario).  We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying spring!!!

On Friday, Amy took the kids to the beach - Fairhaven Beach State Park on Lake Ontario.
