Puppy Walks and Other Fun Times

The kiddos have been counting down the days until their spring break and they were very glad to have the last week of school before spring break OVER!  Addie was inducted into the National Junior Honor Society on Wednesday - great job Addie.  A teacher that is retiring this year gave a short/sweet speech encouraging the kiddos to find balance in life :)  We hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy!!

On Friday, we went out to dinner and then did a little galivanting (Tractor Supply and Barnes and Nobles).  The kiddos had fun messing around with the hand puppets at B&N.

Poor Ayson came down with a stomach bug over the weekend - what a way to start his spring break!

On Sunday, Addie and Amy went with Neighbor Denise to socialize the cats and clean litter at the local cat shelter.

April Showers

We dodged the rain this week and the humans managed to stay dry...the puppies had fun in the puddles. We hope our family and friends are doing well and enjoying spring.  Sending good thoughts to all!

Addie bought a custom made posable dog and it arrived on Thursday.  Addie stated her dog does not stink - haha.

Addie helped cut veggies for two meals she requested: beef ragout (with fun curly noodles) and chicken pot pie - yum!

Since the oven was going and Adam was already making a crust for the pot pie, Ayson prepped the ingredients for an apple pie :)

Goodbye March!

How is it that March is almost over!  We had a quick week with a professional band concert on Monday night and then a visit from Auntie Julie and Cousin Curran on Sunday.  We hope our family and friends are doing well and enjoying spring!

On Monday, we attended the US Air Force Heritage of America Band at the high school auditorium.  The concert was incredible!!  https://www.music.af.mil/Bands/US-Air-Force-Heritage-of-America-Band/

Happy Spring

We hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy!  We had a low key week and weekend getting chores done around the house.  Happy Spring!
