Summer Activities

We hope everyone is doing well this summer!  The kiddos have been busy with summer jobs: Ayson worked at the lavender farm, milked cows, and did yard work for friends.  Addie took care of cats for friends, had friends over for a swim, and went to cross country practice. On Saturday, Adam and Ayson were busy painting the living room (no longer called a "play room").  Amy and Addie socialized cats and did early morning and early evening gardening when it was cooler outside.  The cicadas have been loud this year!!!  While looking through the pictures from the week, Amy realized she had NO pictures of Ayson so she got one of Ayson while he was relaxing and playing video games.

For Amy's birthday gift, she wanted the family to go kayaking with her at Labrador Unique Area AND we left the house at 6:30 am to watch the sun rise from behind the mountain.  Thanks, kiddos (and Adam!)It was magical!!
