The kids helped Daddy hang the stocking on the railing. We used to hang the stocking on the fireplace but since the tree is in the dining room, we decided to change the location of the stockings. Five stockings...the fifth stocking is for Mason :)
Mommy and the kiddos Wednesday morning, after learning we would get to stay home!!! We stayed in bed a bit longer and cuddled :)

A winter wonderland!!

It was a production to get everyone to go potty and then in snow suits BUT it was well worth it!

It took Daddy (mostly) with help from Mommy and Ayson 3 days to get the driveway completely shoveled (we have not broken down and purchased a snow blower YET). Whenever we are shoveling, we always think of Grandpa Roger and his Gravely snowblower and about how far Grandpa was able to "fling dog turds" with his snowblower :)

Addie had fun in the snow. She would wade through it for a bit and then get tired and call for Mommy to "Come GET ME!"
Daddy and Ayson had fun playing with Ayson's remote controll jet Wednesday afternoon. It can really get up and go! We can wait to fly it outside!
By Wednesday afternoon, there was enough snow cleared to get Mommy's car out of the driveway.
A bit of evening shoveling for Daddy and playing for Ayson.
Ayson kept knocking snow down on to Daddy's cleared driveway...
Addie all cuddled up under a pretty blanket from Great Aunt Josie and Uncle Doug.
Santa hat!
Addie in an adorable Christmas dress. She will definitely be wearing it again and again over the next month!!
The kiddos snuggling together on the couch Saturday morning.

Mommy does not send out Christmas cards anymore SO we don't receive that many...but we still get a few and the kids LOVED the glittery owl card that we our friends sent us!
Saturday fun at the park. Mommy built the snow man! A bit of snow eating by Addie.

Ayson sledding down the "hill" at the park.

Addie crawling back up the hill.

Smiles before sledding down the hill. Addie was hesitant to slide down the hill until the very end. Yes, Mommy is wearing HOT pink snowpants...Mommy has had the snowpants since highschool and if she kneels too long in one spot, she leaves behind pink snow!

On Sunday afternoon, Mommy built a small snow slide on the back porch steps. We all had fun going down our very own "hill" :)
A bit of Ayson's school work. They have been working on the letters "j" and "k"

Ayson's teachers sent him home with a small Santa beard kit and everyday he has to add another cotton ball to Santa's beard. Ayson loves to add the glue and cotton balls and each day he counts how many days are left until Santa and his reindeer arrive!
We explained to the kids that we are going to see Aunite Holly, Uncle Alek, the cousins, AND Grandpa Roger and Grandma Pat the day after Christmas and now Addie is constantly asking to pack her toys so that we can be ready to go! Mommy even showed Addie on the map where in MI we are going because Addie kept asking "where's Michan."
