A Visit with Grandpa Chuck, Marie, and the PUPPIES!

We hope all our family and friends are doing well and enjoying summer!  We are sending good thoughts to everyone!!!  This week, both kiddos were busy with work.  Ayson worked non stop!  While Addie was checking on cats and watering plants, Amy walked around Ms Annie (and Mr Bob's) gorgeous gardens :)

Happy Anniversary and Birthday

Amy and Adam celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on Wednesday - we had carrot cake with cream cheese frosting :)  On Thursday, Amy went out to dinner with neighbors Jo and Denise to celebrate our end of July and early August birthdays.  Then on Saturday, Grandma Colleen and Mike came over for a visit and Auntie Julie and Cousin Curran joined in for a visit too - what a fun day!  We had more carrot cake with cream cheese frosting!  On Sunday, the weather did not cooperate for the birthday outing that Amy wanted but we did get to garden and have a yummy dinner.  Amy decided no more carrot cake and make a lemon pie instead.  We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying summer!!

Summertime

The week flew by with Ayson working everyday and Addie had visits with friends on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - both kiddos were tired by the end of the week.  We hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy!!!

We received the photo from the Art Open House at the Highschool - with the flowers that we colored :)

On Friday night, we did Smores - Addie did not want one.

Saturday was the last U pick day at the lavender farm so Amy and Addie went to the farm to walk the rows of lavender and enjoy the afternoon. 

There were SO many bees and moths on the flowers!

On Sunday, we took the dogs for a walk in the orchard and afterwards, Jett went immediately to his pool, got all the way in, and started to drink water.

We have not had frequent rain which has made keeping the weeds uncontrol pretty easy!

Ayson LOVES chocolate chop zucchini bread.  Amy prepped the zucchini and Ayson made the bread!
