Two Down and Counting

We had a low key week and weekend as both kids developed the flu (mostly likely from the plane rides home on Monday) on Wednesday and Thursday.  However, both kids only had minor cases of the flu (both on Tamiflu) and were pretty much normal but tired by Saturday.  YAY!!!  At least with the temps outside being so cold, we did not feel like we were missing out on any outdoor fun! Fingers crossed the Mommy and Daddy are not "next" but the odds are not in our favor :(

On Tuesday, the kiddos had school while Mommy and Daddy caught up on chores and went cross country skiing in the orchard.

Ugh, the kids picked up the Flu during our trip home - most likely on the plane rides Monday morning as Addie started with a fever on Wednesday and then Ayson on Thursday night.  Luckily Mommy was able to get both kiddos into the Drs within 24 hrs of their fevers and they are both on Tamiflu.
Friday: tuned out to be a snow day for the kiddos but Mommy still had to get Ayson to the Drs so as to be able to confirm the flu and get a prescription for Tamifu.  Slow and steady the entire way.  Mommy loves her Subaru :)




Saturday:
As you can see from the pictures below, the kiddos are doing MUCH better! Cross your fingers that Mommy and Daddy do not go down next!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday morning the kiddos were pretty much back to normal but we still kept the day low key as they were still tired AND it was -4 this morning.  Brrr!
