Fun with Family and Friends

A short week for Mommy and the kiddos with Monday off for Veteran's Day, half day for the kiddos on Thursday and a snowday on Friday!  We had a fun weekend of Friendsgiving, a sleep over for Ayson, and a walk at Labrador Unique Area on Sunday.  We hope all of our family and friends are staying healthy and are able to spend time with family and friends this holiday season!

The elementary school gym classes are running cross country to "visit" football stadiums.

Looks like we need to go to Niagara Falls this summer :)

Week night game night!

Friday was a snow day for the kiddos and we made the best of it:)

On Saturday, we attended our first "Friendsgiving" with our friends Ms Annie (afterschool program) and Mr Bob.

Annie and Addie putting an apron on Adam while he carved the turkey.  The kids and adults milling around were all waiting for turkey skin :)

After the dinner party, Ayson attended ANOTHER sleepover birthday party.  The kids had a blast (meaning they did not get much sleep).

We asked Addie what she wanted to do (before we picked up Ayson from the sleepover Sunday late morning) and she wanted to play Candy Land - so we did!
Then we went for a walk to Tinker Falls at Labrador Unique Area.
The oak leaves looked so pretty on the snow

Look Grandpa Roger, another tree hugger!

Meanwhile, Ayson was having a blast with his friends :)

Sunday afternoon, Adam stated working on the room that goes down to the basement.  Adam built a temporary scaffolding over the stairs so that no one would fall down the stairs while working.
