A black cat snoozing on a black chair makes for a squished kitty!
Gorgeous summer day pictures

Hahaha. The kiddos have a new chore: dishes!!!!! It won't be long and they will be professional dish washers :)

Monday evening bike ride in the orchard.

Ayson refused to ride his bike...so he RAN in flip flops. We tried to convince him that riding a bike was easier but he would not listen. Amy and Adam were just happy that he came along!

More pool fun
Amy somehow messed up and did not record Adam launching Addie into the air. she certainly made a big splash!
Our corn

Pretty sunflowers with a bee coming in for a landing from the right

Addie painting a rock and a tile form for rock art kit

Checking out the cucumbers

Yay! Addie's first cucumber from our garden!

The boys off to milk cows! Ayson's 2nd time and he likes it!

Ayson wanted a photo with funny faces

Gorgeous Saturday night sunset with the moon making an appearance too.

Ugh. Adam has been digging holes for the pool deck and has has pulled out some massive rocks. Hard to determine the size of this rock but Adam estimated it to weigh 200 pounds (based on what Adam power lifts during squats)

Ayson's project for the weekend was to raise the bricks that lead to the back spigot. Nice job, Ayson! And thank you!!! Now the bricks won't get covered with dirt/mulch during a heavy rain.

Grandma Collene came over on Sunday for a visit. The family made a basil and tomato (both from the garden) quiche. Addie helped Grandma with the crusts! Yum!

Playing in the pool while waiting for the quiche to finish cooking

Ayson explaining to Grandma and Amy what his tasks are at the farm

TaDa!

HAhaha. Amy found a fly swimming in her glass of wine. She scooped it out and flung it in the flowers. Then we found this fly on Addie's chair. We joked that it was Amy's "wine fly" coming back for more wine but the first dose did the fly in.

Thanks for the picture, Grandma, and thanks for coming over!!!!
