Happy Labor Day!

Wow, September is here!
Ayson is already looking forward to the Apple Festival (not until Columbus weekend) and just about everyday Ayson asks when we are going to go to the festival :)  He does not want to miss out on the petting farm, the carnival rides, or the yummy treats!

Addie told Mommy on Saturday "poopy" and when Mommy asked Addie if she had a poopy diaper, Addie walked to the bathroom (to get her diaper changed).
When Addie is ready for night night, she walks over to the stairs and starts shaking the gate.  She is also interested in crayons...nibbling on them and sorting them with a bit of scribbling thrown in at the end.

Tuesday:
Addie having fun with Daddy

Weeee!!!

Wednesday:
Ayson is not the only one who likes popsicles.  Daddy and Addie have to share the orange popsicles...or someone has a FIT :)

Daddy and Ayson getting in some fighter plane time.

A picture from Daddy's walk on Wednesday evening.

Thursday:
Mommy and Addie cuddling on the floor.  Mommy did not realize how rough the kids are when they play on the floor!  They totally barrel right over...Mommy has more sympathy for Daddy now!

Ayson still eating his dinner...

Saturday:
Grandpa Chuck came over for a visit with the family and to watch the Clemson game (Clemson won :)
Grandpa posing with the kids and the toys that Grandpa brought them.  Thanks, Grandpa!

Smiles with Grandpa.

More floor time.

On Sunday morning, Grandpa helped Daddy make meatballs.

We then went over to the park so that Grandpa could see Ayson ride his bike.

Splish splashing on Sunday afternoon.

We made 2 pies on Sunday, apple and peach...both made with home grown fruit....yum!

On Monday, Daddy started the process of moving the pipes for the washer and dryer (currently in the downstairs half bathroom) into the pantry.  Ayson kept asking Daddy lots of questions and was totally enthralled with what Daddy was doing.
