Fun Outside

A^4 had a great time playing outside this past week and we went on a few fun excursions over the weekend.

This picture of Daddy shaving Ayson's hair off happened later on last Sunday night and Mommy did not get it on the blog...

Our own little convict...eating peas from the garden.

Monday was Gianna's Graduation from elementary school and the kids wanted to pose with "Princess Gianna"  :)

Addie was SO excited when Mommy let her throw hew eye medicine away in the garbage on Wednesday. Later during the week and weekend, Addie kept telling Mommy "No more medicine. I throw medicine in garbage."

Fun with chalk on Thursday afternoon.

Daddy getting creative.

Ayson did a self portrait

Dinosaurs!  AND a cat taking a crap...thanks, Daddy!

Friday night we made homemade pizza.  Addie helped Mommy while Ayson did not want homemade cheese pizza...he wanted it from Taste of Heaven...  Mommy and Daddy love homemade garlic, tomato, and basil pizza with fresh mozzarella...yum!

Addie found a pair of Mommy's cowboy boots in the closet and came out saying "Daddy's boots"...not quite, Baby Doll!

We went for a walk around the garden Friday night to check out all of the flowers.

Ayson working on his superman flying posture

Bright and early Saturday morning (before it got too hot) we all went strawberry picking at a local organic farm.

The kids had fun eating the berries while Daddy and Mommy filled the baskets.

Tada!

Addie's hair is now long enough that Mommy can twist it up...just like Mommy's hair.

Sunday early morning, we went for a walk at Pratts Falls.  We checked out the falls and explored the ponds looking at the frogs, geese, dragon/damsel flies.  One big bullfrog jumped so close to Addie that she jumped too.  Luckily Mommy was holding her arms, otherwise Addie might have gone for a swim in the pond!

Mommy and her color coordinated Baby Doll.

At the falls.

Ayson wanted to explore the side of the hill and the tree roots made perfect handholds.

This past week, Ayson really wanted to go the the "Big Park" and play on the slides, so after Pratts Falls, we swung by the Big Park so the kids could get their slide fix.

Addie did not like it when Ayson would join her on the toddler play set.

Cheese!

No slide pics of Ayson but he had a ton of fun!
