A Visit to Uncle Shawn and Aunt Ang's House and We Met Casey the Kitty :)

Another fast summer week for A^4. The summer program is over and the kids went to Ms Linda's for the week.  After dinner, Mommy and Addie played while Daddy and Ayson did all things football:)  A^4 went to Uncle Shawn and Aunt Ang's house on Saturday for a picnic.  On Sunday, we hung out at home, did some yard work, went to the "Big Park", played with water balloons, AND jumped on the trampoline with the sprinkler! Man, Mommy is ready for bed!

On Saturday, we went to Uncle Shawn and Aunt Ang's house for a BBQ.  Daddy wanted to arrive early so that he could help Uncle Shawn get ready.

Addie found a fuzzy white caterpillar.  We told her not to touch the caterpillar with her skin but that she could play with it IF she was careful.

Addie made a new friend!  A colleague of Uncle Shawn's that works with little kids had fun listening to Addie and helping Addie with her peanut shell "fingernails".  Addie told her ALL about our family and our pets:)

The kiddos were SO excited to meet our kitty's (our big, orange, lovable cat, Mason) Mommy, Casey. Aunt Ang and Uncle Shawn gave a kitten Mason to Mommy when Mommy first moved up to New York from Clemson back in 2004.  Mommy told the kids where Mason came from but Mommy did not think Mason's "Mommy" was still alive.  Casey was just a kitten when she was dropped off along the road and she must have been old enough to reproduce because she had kittens soon after becoming part of Aunt Ang's and Uncle Shawn's family.


Casey is a lovey cat, just like Mason!
