Tuesday night floatie buddies

Ayson in his football pads and helmet before practice Wednesday night.

Football practice was cancelled Thursday night due to the high temps and humidity. Mommy and Daddy found out at the same time, looked at each other, and said "Yesssss!"
SO, we all went swimming with neighbor Gianna!
Ayson stayed on Daddy's back while Daddy went under water:)

The girls!

On Friday, we drove to Grandma Collene's as we had a busy weekend planned. Addie was worn out from the fun she had at the summer program. The kids went to Adam's Eden on Friday...Addie is still in her swim suit and swim shirt!

Super speedy Ayson raced Daddy and Addie up the hill! Ayson sure is fast!

Ready, set,

GO!

Look at that smile!

After we had a chance to relax, we went to Uncle Jay and Auntie Jen's house so that the kiddos could swim in their pool.
Uncle Jay showed Daddy and Mommy the "cruisin" car that they bought: a 64 Chevy Impala (from South Carolina). VERY slick! Mommy insisted on a picture behind the wheel :)

On Saturday morning, we went to Roseland Water Park in Canandaigua. We had a date with our friends Emmett (5 year old), and his parents Kate and Eric (Eric's grew up in the Canandaigua area).
Waiting at the gate :)

We decided to hit the water slides first since there were no lines. Ayson went down by himself while Addie rode a double tube with Daddy.

The kids had fun on the BIG tube. You can see Addie's hand gripping on to Daddy's arm :)

BIG smiles!

A cold front moving through on the way back to Grandma's house after the water park.

Uncle Jay came up with a fantastic birthday surprise for Grandma Collene and he worked with Daddy and Auntie Julie to plan the surprise: a limousine ride and a day with her girls:)
So while the girls were gallivanting, the boys, kiddos, and Ruby had their own party at Grandma's house.

The kiddos eating dinner on a tailgate.

The limo picked Grandma Collene and the girls up at her house at noon. From there, the girls went to a few places, then picked up Mommy at the water park around 2:30, and then went on a wine tasting tour along Seneca Lake! Auntie Julie did a fantastic job on the winery itinerary, much wine was sampled and purchased by all, and we had dinner at a great restaurant before the limo dropped us all off at Grandma's house.

Double rainbow from the limo.

The kiddos were so excited to see Mommy again!

Our limo driver, Peggy, let the kids have a look inside the stretch limo :)
