Purple cone flowers next to the back porch. The reason they look so beautiful is because Mommy uses the dehumidifier water on the flowers next to the back porch to water them everyday.

Ayson with the robot he built out of recyclables and the connector kit that he received for his birthday:)

Pool time!

Ayson loves to jump in the pool repeatedly :)

Friends of Mommy and Daddy's, Bryce and Janet, stopped by for a visit on their way from MI to ME on Wednesday. Bryce was an undergrad mentor to Mommy and Mommy kept in touch with Bryce and Janet over the years...now they love Daddy and the kiddos too!
Showing our friends the thirsty gardens.

Peas!

Bryce and Janet gave the kiddos stuffed animals and bouncy balls. Thanks, Bryce and Janet!
The kids slept with their animals that night :)
SO...on Tuesday night, Ayson had a dream that he was peeing...he woke up to find out he had peed the bed...then he woke Mommy up to tell her. Mommy groggily got up and stripped the sheets and was ready to remake Ayosn's bed when Daddy stated "why not let him sleep in his sleeping bag"...PERFECT!

At lacrosse on Thursday, the last practice of the season, the coaches made up a TON of water balloons and let the kids play with them.

Daddy with our first sunflower of the season.

Pretty sunset on Thursday!

Pool time on Friday night.

On Saturday, A^4 went to Grandma Collene's and from there, Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, Uncle Jay, and Auntie Jen went to the Brantling Bluegrass Festival while Ana, Riley, and Jake stayed at Grandma's and watched Ayson and Addie. Thanks Ana, Riley, and Jake!!!
The highlight of the afternoon (for the adults) was getting to see Rebecca Colleen and Little Roy and Lizzy (shown below).

We had a great time and the music was fantastic! Thanks Grandma for inviting us to the festival!

Playtime in the hot tub!
