Ayson's friend, Kori, had a birthday on Tuesday and Ayson wanted to give her a present so he picked out a stuffed animal and stickers and asked Mommy to get a bag for the gift :)

On Wednesday it finally stopped raining!

Thursday was T-ball but due to heavy rain showers (that had already passed our house but seemed to linger at the park) there was no T-ball. SO, the kids played at the Big park and got a little wet...you know, that puddle of water that collects at the bottom of slides....for some reason that puddle is always dirty!

Daddy and Addie with the poppies on Friday evening!

So sad! Neighbor Dave started his tomato plants from seed this year and some sort of dog dug a huge hole in the garden....AND Daddy has seen rabbits inside the garden dining on the tasty new garden plants :( Daddy, Ayson, Addie, Gianna, and Josephine documenting the garden crater. Their dog, Bandit, did not have muddy feet so we are not certain what/who dug the hole!

The poor remaining plants :(

Addie checking out the poppies!

Daddy and Ayson stalking the rabbits

On Saturday, Daddy and Ayson went gallivanting in Syracuse (hair cut for Ayson, grocery store, Hobby Lobby, HomeDepot...) so Mommy and Addie drove down to Cortland to get our nails done and to drop off Mommy's bike to an intern who is working at Mommy's office but does not have transportation. Just by chance we saw one of Mommy's colleagues at the nail salon!!
After we got our nails done, we went out to lunch! Addie showing off her blue glitter nails with little flowers on her ring fingers :) Mommy opted for red glitter on her toes :)

Ayson and Daddy went to Five Guys for lunch. Nice hair, Big Guy!

A little fishing on Saturday early evening. The fish were NOT interested so that kids lost interest pretty fast!

Ayson standing in the water. Mommy was certain that Ayson would end up totally wet! Somehow he managed to remain dry :)

But we still had fun at the playground! Addie's hat fell off from being spun around so fast on the seat she is sitting on. Mommy and Daddy even tossed a volleyball back and forth while the kiddos played in the sand :)

Saturday evening, Neighbors Denise and Rick stopped over to visit and share a glass of wine. Ayson had invited them over for S'mores but they were still full from dinner but they agreed to stop by our chiminea that evening. Thanks for visiting Denise and Rick!!!!
Addie with a crazy smile...

Aannndddd Ayson's turn for the goofy smile:) Addie and Mommy saw our first lightening bugs of the season!!!! Yay, it's summer!!!!

It was wicked warm on Sunday so we went to Baltimore Woods and hiked the valley trail where it was still nice and cool.

Such a unique place!
Look! Daddy is doing a yoga pose :)

Besides being a great hike and very green, Mommy knew the kiddos would be able to walk in the creek to cool off!

Ayson spotted a massive grape vine and wanted his picture taken with it...with more goofy smiles:)

We broke out the sprinkler Sunday afternoon

Then we invited Emmett over to play with the kiddos! The kids had tons of fun and Addie was "wicked" tired Sunday evening :) "Wicked tired" is what Addie said to Mommy as Mommy was tucking her into bed :)
