A hot week with lots of swimming and plant watering. We went for a great bike ride at the Erie Canal Trail State Park and Ayson has been practicing his football throwing technique with Adam. Ayson wanted to sign up for football this fall - so he did! We are sending good thoughts to our family and friends and we hope that everyone is taking time to enjoy time outside!

Summer Smores!
On Sunday, we went for a 10 mile bike ride on the Erie Canal Trail (a New York State Park). The kids did a fantastic job on the bike ride! Afterwards, we had lunch at Red Robin (Addie and Ayson's new favorite restaurant;)
